Hello, and Happy Valentine's Day! So did our Clay ACTUALLY write to us? Hmmmmm, I'm typically a skeptic, but Happy V Day right back atcha, big guy! ;) Gotta write quickly, before RL, aka, mountains of laundry, grocery shopping, and trying to make kiddos nap, interferes. Thank you to everyone providing links to the fabulous photos! My Clack collection is still SO small, but it's building all the time now! Paula, I emailed you about St. Louis Broadfest. It's pretty iffy as to whether I can attend (darn RL again!), but I'd still like to know the scoop, see what I can do! Robin and Lisa, the new MP is fantastic! It's entirely too early for me to lech, unfortunately.........must have more coffee!!!

We usually reject the possibility that posts like this really come from Clayton based on errors we know he would never make.

Clayton, you know the quotation marks go outside the period. But I will allow for the momentary lapse. And I do wish you would learn to paragraph properly. Haven't we taught you anything?

HOW COOL IS THAT!!

I am wondering if OMC really wrote that, I am a believer, so I choose to believe!

So I repeat:
HOW COOL IS THAT
!!My daughter is in LA today and I told her if she saw Clay to mention the Lecherous Broads and tell him that Cha Cha loves him! Looks like we have made connection, even if it is by mental telepathy! AH'M the one going MENTAL!

In case you missed it, here is a valentine for YOU BEBE, and the Broads: HAPPY VALENTINE'S!

Thanks for the links to the HUGE photos... showing what we missed when Clay was at Ryan's show with the group outside!

Those Aiken eyes get me everytime

Just had to share this:

My husband gave the funniest card for VD. It said, "You know I love just hearing you puttering around or humming to yourself in the next room. It means you're not . . . (he crossed out "out spending money" and wrote in) . . . done taping Clay.

Well, here I am with my hands wrapped around a HOTTTT, steamy, smooth, stimulating, satisfying...mug of coffee. (Sigh.) Wow! So much to say, so little ability. Thank you with huge hugs to everyone for their warm words about my FIL. He was a wonderful man, and I'm so blessed his son inherited all the right genes!

RL continues to intrude--fave aunt in hospital, another w/viral pneumonia, and DH contracted food poisoning! Starting to feel like the L'il Abner character who had the dark cloud over his head all the time. Despite my MO roots, however, I have no affinity for hillbillies--much prefer Carolina Red Clay anywhere I can get it!

After all the vitamin posts I've been ravishing my cabinet looking for that special brand. Did find some Super Potency B--any lecherous ideas, ladies?

Lisa--My RL BF doesn't provide clack, but she did obtain a copy of the Teen Guideposts for my BIT. She swiped it from a granddaughter; had subscribed to it for her and wanted to see what it was like then squealed, "OH, CLAY!" when she saw the cover. GD's jaw hit her chest!!! Then asked me, "Isn't that so cute!" when handing it over PLUS said I should put it in a plastic sack to protect Clay from the rain! Don't you love the title of that one--"One Fine Clay"? But Lisa, tho' the rebuke about putting RL before my Broads is indeed justly deserved, next time I'll take a tongue-lashing from OMC instead, if that's okay with you!

FrancesDancin' with ya--also BTDT (been there done that). And try doing bookeeping for the church with Clay wailing in your ear. Wowza!

Am I just more bent than the rest of you, or does the idea of a Furby Clay not boggle the most lecherous of minds? OOOOOOOHHHH, the sounds, the stroking of the ginger fur (shifts uncomfortably in chair and looks askance for DH staggering out of the bathroom!).

OH Cindy "The Very Thought of You"--the words keep getting more and more appropriate the more I run through them in my head. Great call on that one!

Lecherous Interruptus here, but my BIT is seeing on clayreport.com where the Clelly Tour is featuring (clutches chest, pulls hair in agony, writhes on floor--and it's not even with Clay) an opening act called "The Beu Sisters." There is a link, bottom of page, middle column, to their web site, and as BIT would say they're looking like Christina wanna-bes. Do the planners expect us to endure that? Feedback/info would be most welcome from those more in the know than we are and forgive if the topic's already been covered--I've missed so much in two weeks!

Jannet Actually, BIT and I have *desired* for a LONG time to hire Sweetums as the youth director/song leader. No budget woes anymore! (other than carpet cleaning bills)

St. Louis Broads--we'll be there, purple shirts on, tho' Broadfest activities don't look possible. Will most definitely see ya'll in the ER POST-CONCERTUS!

RL calls. Sorry to be so un-lecherous; will work up something yummy for y'all later! {{{{{{hugs to all and LOVE the VDAY MP!}}}}}}}}

Dear Lecherous Broads, You have no idea how much I am trying to suppress a giggle as I type those words. I just wanted to drop in for a minute to return the Valentine’s Day wishes and to tell you that I will try my hardest to make it a memorable one. I guess you can all take that any way you like. But as they say, “When in Rome…” It’s been a wild year and one made even wilder with fans such as yourselves at my back. I want you to know that I have appreciated your humor on the occasions I’ve visited this site, which have usually been due to the promptings of friends who saw something they thought was too good for me to pass up. But never in my craziest dreams did I ever think I would be the recipient of this brand of attention. By the way, I was just recently informed of the “EF”. Good Lord! That was seriously never my intention but I have to be honest and say that it’s difficult now to get that term out of my mind when I’m looking into the camera. Haha! I hope you haven’t all started something I can’t finish. Hmm, maybe I’m beginning to perfect the fine art of lechery after all. At any rate, keep up the good work on your site, especially on those front pages. They are very, very cool. Also know that my schedule prohibits me from "lurker duty" most of the time so please feel free to carry on in my absence. I appreciate you for your continued love and support and I hope to see you all on tour in the coming months.

no time to read, barely time to post, but I wanted to drop in to send Valentine's wishes to all my Broads!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Actually, I don't believe in Valentine's Day. Not even a little bit. I believe in love and romance and mushy stuff like that, but I think Valentine's Day is awful. I've seen couples fight over it. I've seen sorry excuses for women get pissy at their boyfriends for taking them out for a lovely evening on Feb 13th and not on the 14th. I've been dumped for Valentine's Day, vomited until my eyeballs hemorraged with food poisoning on Valentine's Day, had a boyfriend's ex-girlfriend show up and crash our date and not leave until 4am (didn't help that the boyfriend didn't throw her ass out either) on Valentine's Day...and I've been alone. Date or no date, Valentine's Day sucks.

So what am I doing today? Taking a big pot of chicken and dumplings to my mom and watching Gosford Park. Couldn't think of a better way to spend the day. (although I'm giving serious consideration to bringing some Claystuff over there and letting her secretly indulge her newly blooming passion for him while Dad isn't around to pick on her...)

But, for those of you who do celebrate this Hallmark Holiday, I wish you a day of happiness and love, free from intestinal parasites, snooty hotel desk clerks, and ex-girlfriends.

Happy VD, everybody! ;o)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ And ya know what? It SNOWED last night!! It's effing COLD here in Texas right now...I partly blame my friends Jim and Maddie who got married yesterday on Friday the 13th...as the Reverend said, "we all knew it would be a cold day before Jim got married". Ba-dum-bump. They got married in a comedy club by a local comic who was ordained by the Universal Life Church. God bless my weirdo friends.

But when it comes to the weather, I mostly blame Clay Aiken, because it was that strappin' young bit of manflesh who made snow and ice erotic for me. Y'all know what I'm talkin' about. And if you don't know what I'm talkin' about...well, ask me sometime. ;o)
